We offer a wide range of testing and commissioning services from high voltage cable pressure testing to signalling power commissioning: ​

Inspection and Test Plans: We will prepare for approval site specific inspection and test plans to suit the installation and incorporating any client requirements for testing. ​

Snagging Visits: We will coordinate snagging visits for designers and client representative ahead of commissioning and entry into service to highlight any issues. ​

Electrical Installation Certificates: We will undertake electrical inspection and testing of new works to BS7671:2018 +A1:2020 and record on current model forms. ​

HV Pressure Testing: We will pressure test HV cables in accordance with current standard to ensure safe and reliable operation of the HV network. ​

Generator and UPS Testing: We will engage with our trusted partners to load bank test and commission some specialist equipment including PADS approved generator controllers and UPS equipment under the supervision of our experienced site managers and site supervisors. ​

Functional Testing: We will demonstrate functionality of all equipment including fuse switches, rotary isolators, circuit breakers and raise and lower lighting columns. We can provide access equipment including lighting column counterbalances. ​

All inspection and testing will be undertaken in accordance with BS7671 18th Edition and current Network Rail, Rail Group, British and International Standards. ​
